Evidence Amendment
(Spike Fuck) Act (Victoria) 2026
1. Definitions
In this section -
Artist means the performing artist Spike Fuck.
Debut studio album means a body of work entitled 'evidence'.
Label means the recording label Sacred Bones Records.
2. Release of Album
The Artist must -
a. release their debut studio album through Label and;
b. make the album available for pre-order on oxblood vinyl, illustrated in Exhibit A, as well as compact disc and;
c. present an audiovisual presentation for the single 'All By Myself' on 28 July 2026 and;
d. ensure the release of the album by 2 October 2026.
3. Performance to the Public (Touring)
The Artist must -
a. perform to residents of the following territories;
i. Australia between 12 to the 18 October 2026.
ii. The United Kingdom and Europe between 23 October to the 29 November 2026.

a. provide a reasonable means of access to the public for monthly updates per Schedule A.
